Is a deposit required for Sports Pass subscription?
Yes, all CE customers are required to pay full amount of Sports Pass as a deposit, within ten (10) days from the order. The Sports Pass will be cancelled from the subscription without a deposit.
Will the paid deposit show in my Astro bill?
Yes, your paid deposit will be shown in your next billing cycle of your Astro bill.
Will the Sports Pass deposit be refunded back to me? If yes, when?
Yes, The deposit will be refunded back to your Astro account to offset your current subscription / outstanding once the Sports Pass event ends (will be reflected post World Cup in December 2022).
Can I cancel my Sports Pass subscription?
Customer may cancel their Sports Pass subscription if the deposit has not been made. The Sports Pass will be automatically cancelled if there is no deposit received within 10-days from the request date.
I have paid deposit for the Sports Pass; do I still need to pay for the Sports Pass charges, or it will be offset from the deposit?
Yes. You are required to pay for the Sports Pass subscription charges reflected in your monthly bill. The deposit payment you paid earlier will be released once the Sports Pass event ended (December 2022). The deposit paid earlier will be released to your Astro account and will be used to offset your current subscription / outstanding.
I am a Hotel customer, am I required to pay for deposit of the Sports Pass subscription?
No, the deposit / advance payment only applicable for Commercial Establishment (CE) customer.
